All hunts require a non-refundable
50% deposit when booked. The remaining
balance is due upon arrival. Non-hunting
guest will pay a $150 per day fee
- all meals and lodging included.
B&C scoring will be used to determine
the Final Fee Pricing. All whitetail
bucks taken will be scored at the
ranch with the total inches of antler.
Wounded whitetail bucks or any whitetail
bucks leaving a blood trail will be
charged the same as a kill. The Final
Fee Pricing must be paid in full prior
to departure.
*Note: This is not a guaranteed
hunt. Hunters may go home empty handed.

OUR HUNTING PROGRAMS
Apple Creek Whitetails
Ranch is a Managed High Fence Ranching
Facility located on a 1,500+ acre
hunting preserve offering the finest
trophy whitetails. Our hunting program
includes lodging and all meals at
our ranch. Every hunter will be personally
guided by one of our professionally
trained guide staff. We offer heated
or unheated box blinds, traditional
ground blinds and tree stands. There
are a vast number of natural food
plots scattered through out the hunting
preserve. Our Hunting Ranch is also
100% handicap accessible designed
for hunters with limited mobility.
Prior to any
hunting, you will be required to demonstrate
shooting skills at our rifle range.
We have built a lighted outdoor shooting
range for our guests who arrive at
night and wish to hunt the next day.
Our Wildlife Management Staff has
enabled Apple Creek Whitetails Ranch
the opportunity to harvest 200+ inch
B&C bucks with genetics capable
of producing whitetails into the 300+
class. Our 1,500+ acre hunting preserve
offers some of the finest oak flats
and ridges, red pines, cedar swamps
and agricultural fields available.

HONOR CODE
It is the intention
of Apple Creek Whitetails Ranch to
provide the hunter, our guest, a reasonable
opportunity to harvest whitetail bucks
of the caliber advertised. In the
event that opportunity does not present
itself, you will be refunded the full
booking fee.
In the event a shot is attempted and/or
a deer is wounded, the obligation
of Apple Creek Whitetails is met.
Every reasonable attempt will be made
to recover a wounded deer.
Your guide will
confer and coordinate with you to
determine deer to be harvested prior
to taking a shot. You must receive
approval from the guide before any
shot is taken. Presentation of a whitetail
buck in your class, approved by your
guide for harvest will fulfill the
obligations of Apple Creek Whitetails
Ranch - there will be no booking fee
refund.
Safety is the
utmost important factor for any of
our hunts. Alcohol consumption of
any kind will end hunting for that
day. Be sure to follow our instructions
and rules provided by our guides for
an unforgettable hunting and harvesting
experience to be remembered forever.
HUNTING FUNDAMENTALS
- All Hunters
will be required to acknowledge
and sign our “Private Hunt
Agreement”
- All Hunters
will abide by the rules and guidelines
set forth by Apple Creek Whitetails
Ranch
- All Hunters
will be personally guided by one
of our professionally trained guide
staff. Our guides will determine
the classifications of all bucks
prior to harvest using B&C scoring
